Yes — you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the cruise departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Please bring a government-issued photo ID and your booking confirmation (digital or printed). Comfortable shoes and a light jacket are recommended — the Bosphorus can be breezy even on warm nights.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available for most of our cruises as a small add-on. Add it during booking and share your hotel — our team will arrange the transfer.
